Pine River Group Home, Inc. is a nonprofit service agency dedicated to providing high-quality person-centered residential and community-based services for individuals who have developmental disabilities and other disabilities. We opened our first group home in 1978 and now operate five group homes and five apartments. We are committed to providing support to individuals in their efforts to:

SERVICES
Find the care you need
Community Residential Services
Community Residential Services in our five foster homes and four apartments include a plan of care, self-help training, social activities, behavior management, medication management, and other services that help individuals reach and maintain their highest level of independence, productivity, and integration into the community. Semi-independent Living Services
Semi-Independent Living Services include training and assistance that allows the individual to live in the community with as much independence as possible. Services may include companionship, money management, meal preparation, shopping, housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication administration, and transportation.
Unit-based Services
Unit-based Services, such as individualized home support and 24-hour emergency assistance, are community based services aimed at assisting individuals to live in their family home or their own home. Services include improving self-help skills, social skills, recreational skills, and community living skills. Homemaker and chore services are also available.
Respite Care
Trained, caring staff provides temporary care and supervision for individuals during the absence of their regular caregiver. The service can be done at the person’s home, one of our homes, or at one of our staff’s homes.
