I came to Pine River Group Home, Inc. in early 1993 as a program director fresh out of college and liked it so well I am still here. Here at PRGH, Inc., we are proud of the longevity of our staff. Many of our staff have been here for 10+ years and some have been here longer than me. Having this strong team makes my job better and easier. I love that we are located in a small town where persons we support are welcome members of the community.

I started at Pine River Group Home, Inc. in 2003 thinking it would be temporary employment. After working in all the homes as a Direct Support Professional, and getting to know the individuals, I realized that this was going to be much more than a temporary situation! I became a program director in 2014 and have learned even more about the individuals, staff, and organization. Evolving Federal and State guidelines make this an ever-changing environment that never gets boring. Every day is a new adventure as our staff and persons served continue to delight, challenge, and amaze me!
